RPM Customer Rewards & Customer Rewards Plus Terms & Conditions

Participants (‘Members’) in the Customer Rewards & Customer Rewards Plus Program (‘Program’) are subject to the terms and conditions to participate. The terms and conditions that apply to the Programs are determined solely by RPM Automotive.

Privacy Agreement
Customers of RPM Automotive may enroll in the Programs by completing the application process online, or enrolling at a participating RPM Automotive location. Member must be legal residents of the United States (including Puerto Rico) and 16 years or older to participate. No purchase is necessary to participate. RPM Automotive commercial accounts are not eligible to participate in the Programs. RPM Automotive reserves the right to limit the number of participants and locations in the Programs.

Earning Points: Members earn one (1) point for every net dollar spent, excluding taxes, coupons, reward certificate redemptions, gift card redemptions, deposits, retail discounts and certain fees. Example: Net purchases that fall into the range of $8.00 to $8.99 earn 8 points.

Membership Rewards: Once points are reached at a level determined by RPM Automotive, the points will be automatically deducted from the Member’s account balance and Member will be issued a Reward.  Please contact your RPM Automotive location for the most up-to-date rewards balance. In addition customers will receive a monthly email noting their current RPM Customer Rewards balance. Reward values are automatically loaded to a customer’s Rewards account and can be applied to a transaction at the request of the customer. Rewards can be redeemed at participating RPM Automotive locations on eligible products or services and must be used by their expiration date. Rewards Cards have no cash value, and are not returnable for cash, credit, or gift cards. RPM Customer Rewards are void if sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if received in violation of the terms and conditions herein. From time to time, Rewards and Point values will be updated in the Program.

Membership Expiration: Any account with no qualifying purchase for a period of one year or longer may be deemed inactive and the account and all points therein may be deleted. Points remaining on a Member’s account will expire at the conclusion of the Program in place or at the sole discretion of RPM Automotive, whichever occurs first.

Points: Points have no cash value, are non-negotiable, and cannot be redeemed either in whole or part for cash. Points do not constitute property of any member or other person and may not be brokered, bartered, attached, pledged, gifted, sold or other consideration or if received or used in violation of the terms and conditions herein. Points are not capable of being transferred to any other type of Program offering or reward.

Customer Rewards
Additional Terms and Conditions RPM Automotive reserves the right to cancel, modify or restrict any aspect of the Customer Rewards & Customer Rewards Plus Program at any time with or without notice. Membership in the Programs may be revoked at any time. Any abuse of the Programs, failure to follow any terms of the Programs, or any misrepresentation may subject Members to rewards surrender and will affect eligibility for further participation in the Programs. Further, RPM Automotive reserves the right to seek all remedies, whether available at law or at equity, criminal or civil, in the event Member abuses the Programs or the Rewards, fails to follow any terms of the Programs, or makes any misrepresentation to RPM Automotive. Program purchases, as reflected in RPM Automotive records, shall be deemed correct and RPM Automotive reserves the right to determine the qualification for any transaction and to correct or modify the Reward amount at any time based on RPM Automotive records and calculation of account information. RPM Automotive is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards including due to a change of address or email address or other contact information. By becoming a member of the Programs, customer agrees to receive advertising, marketing materials and other communications from RPM Automotive and to release RPM Automotive and its affiliates from all liability in connection with the Programs. The Programs do not create any property rights in favor of the Member. The Programs shall be governed by the laws of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws and principles. Members submit solely to the jurisdiction of any appropriate court within Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, for adjudication of disputes arising from this Agreement. Program rules are void only to the extent prohibited by law. Taxes on rewards  may apply where required by law. RPM Automotive, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to Member, may change (a) the value of the points earned by the Member, (b) the number of points needed to earn a Reward ; (c) the period of time Member has to earn Rewards; or (d) cancel the program.

Members may cancel participation in the programs and/or request not to be communicated via mail by contacting Customer Service by phone.

RPM Automotive is the exclusive sponsor of these Programs. All rights reserved.
